  UPDATE (READ ENTIRE REVIEW ABOUT THE FRAUD, SCAMMING & BLACKMAIL THIS COMPANY COMMITTED WHICH IS ALL DOCUMENTED): This construction firm STOLE $2,375 from my husband & I. They are now threatening us so much we have had to contact the FBI and police as they have been threatening us - stating that we must send them 5k and take down our reviews or else…

FOR BACKGROUND: We actually hired them and in return they stole from us.  If I could give this company negative stars I would.  It is documented that they committed fraud and stole this money.  It is idiotic for them to think they cannot be caught when there is an electronic paper trail of what transpired. I am warning all potential customers of the heinous act they committed - thieves! They even acknowledged they took the money on a recording (which is legal in NY) and failed to return it.  It takes only a few minutes to return money stolen.  They have changed the name of their company multiple times.  Only 2 years ago, they went by the name Trust Construction.  My bank is now investigating the matter and the police are involved.  Shame on this company for blatantly stealing - and from its customers. How on earth do they think they will stay in business when you steal from customers! Shame on this firm and all its representatives. Read their latest Thumbtack reviews as well.  The last customer reviews they have had this year (2024) all speak to one thing - scamming.

UPDATE: AFTER SEEING THIS REVIEW, THE FIRM CONTACTED ME AND FIRST STATED THEY WOULD IMMEDIATELY RETURN THE MONEY THEY STOLE IF I REMOVED MY REVIEWS.  THEY THEN TEXTED ASKING ME TO SEND THEM MORE MONEY FIRST.  WHEN WE REFUSED, THEY THREATENED MY HUSBAND AND I AND OUR HOME . NOT ONLY DID THEY COMMIT FRAUD, BUT THEY COMMITTED BLACKMAIL - AND IT WAS ALL DOCUMENTED.  MY BANK HAS ALSO INFORMED THE POLICE. GOOD LUCK WHEN THE POLICE COME KNOCKING BECAUSE THEY WERE RECORDED.

  There's a reason why this is a 5 star company - Fahed cares about his company and stands behind it 100%, ensuring FULL customer satisfaction. I had work done by roofing&construction llc a few years ago and had some questions with regards to the work holding up years later. I can attest that Fahed cares to ensure every one of his customers (both past and present) is happy and makes sure the situation is resolved.
